To the west is the village of Duck, where you'll discover unique shops, fine dining, casual eateries and an 11-acre town park with seasonal activities and a soundside boardwalk. Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, four pickleball courts, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

A bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and desk with chair and offers outdoor access. A hallway full bathroom is available to those in this bedroom and in the media room.
Outdoors you'll find a large private and fenced pool area to enjoy daily swims and sunbathing. Outdoor dining is a breeze at the outdoor cooking area with a built-in gas grill and beverage cooler. Plenty of seating and a sheltered picnic table are available to enjoy morning, noon, and evening hang outs. As evening approaches, gather together in the hot tub for soothing late night soaks and quiet conversations under star filled coastal skies.
