Located on a quiet street in the heart of Duck, this home sets a relaxing mood with its thoughtful floor plan, private bedroom suites, and gathering areas on every level. The popular Sea Pines subdivision offers guests access to its community pool, tennis courts, and private beach access with parking. The award winning town of Duck provides a roadside multipath leading to unique shops, eateries and galleries, as well as an 11-acre town park with scheduled seasonal family friendly activities, soundside boardwalk, children's playground, and boat and kayak launch.
Updates for 2026: New roof; fresh exterior paint and new siding; new sliding doors to decks; new pool chairs; new icemaker in rec room. New photos to come.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

The rec room provides a DVD/CD player and SONOS sound system with poolside speakers, XBOX 360 (bring your own games), stand-up arcade machine with 60 games, and karaoke. Bedding options on this floor include a king bedroom with Roku TV and a private bath, and a bedroom with a twin bunk, a twin bed, a private bath, and a Roku TV.
Doors lead from the rec room to a lively outdoor area featuring a saltwater pool with poolside furnishings and soothing hot tub. Poolside speakers add music to recreational activities, and the gas grill allows for casual outdoor meal preparations. Ready for some friendly competition?
