Once you arrive at Duck, Duck, Goose, you'll never want to leave the conveniences and comfort that will have your family cheering for more! This home offers a spacious great room, rec room with pool table, theater room, private bedroom suites and a host of outdoor amenities. Once you leave the house, look no further than the Schooner Ridge community amenities where guests have access to an indoor pool, oceanside outdoor pool, recreation center, fitness room, tennis courts and more! The community beach access is just 300 yards away and a beach cart is available for use during your stay. You're close to the town center for shopping, restaurants, recreational activities and Duck's Town Park that offers a soundside boardwalk and a variety of seasonal family friendly activities. When you reserve this home, just arrive, relax and enjoy!

Community note: Guests of Schooner Ridge have access to many community amenities. Early access into this subdivision is permitted. Visit their website for details about all that is available during your stay. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Golf carts: All golf carts operated by guests in Schooner Ridge must be street-legal and licensed. Street-legal golf carts are allowed to be driven on Duck Road. All other golf carts are not allowed in Schooner Ridge and must be driven on side streets only in other subdivisions. Golf carts are never allowed on sidewalks.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Ground level entertainment options are where the fun begins! A recreation room has a regulation size pool table, 32" TV, stereo, and a wet bar equipped with a refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, and microwave. Once a winner is declared, move on to the cinema-style theater room with tiered theater seats, a 105" projection screen, and surround sound. Rainy days are made better with a variety of games, puzzles, and books provided by the owner. A family suite is located on this level and includes one king bedroom with a TV and a private bath and a bedroom with a TV that is furnished with one pyramid bunk.
Doors lead from the rec room to outdoor amenities. Bask in the warm Carolina sun around the large private pool with poolside furnishings, or soak in the hot tub on the first floor deck under evening skies lit by starlight. BBQ nights are a breeze at the outdoor grill, and there are expansive wraparound decks to enjoy views and refreshing coastal winds.
