Tucked away on a lot with ample trees, A Tuscan Duck offers a winning combination of privacy and location. Just four lots to the neighborhood beach access and community clubhouse (with pickleball, fitness center, indoor pool, and playground), and a short walk or bike ride to the Town of Duck, you'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy beaches, activities, seasonal events, and all that Duck has to offer!

Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, four pickleball courts, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Special Access Amenities: The ground level bathroom shared by the queen bedroom and two-twins bedroom has a roll-under sink, grab bars, and low-barrier shower with seat. Please note this home does not offer an elevator and none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Bedding on the ground level includes a queen bedroom, as well as a room with two twin beds; these rooms share nearby access to a full hall bath (special access amenities). With sliding doors that open to the pool area, the rec room is the entertainment hub of the ground floor. This room offers a pool table and media area with a flatscreen TV, as well as a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and standalone icemaker, which makes storing poolside drinks and snacks easy! Outside, shoot some hoops on the basketball goal (please bring your own ball), play a round of horseshoes, grill out on the gas and charcoal grills, splash in the pool, or unwind in the hot tub. A poolside outdoor bathroom/shower makes rinsing off after the beach easy!
