Overview
Experience vacation at Sea View, with a private pool and hot tub, an ideal location right across the street from a beach access, and of course, a view of the sea. An open floor plan offers a great room, dining area, and kitchen on the top floor, five comfortable bedrooms throughout, and ample deck space to enjoy the coastal breeze. Awaiting your arrival are amenities that elevate any beach getaway, such as a private heated saltwater pool, a poolside hot tub, and an enclosed outdoor shower that makes rinsing sand and saltwater off as easy as can be. Sea View is a simple stroll across the Beach Road, and your feet are on the sand at Hayman Boulevard Beach Access. You're also conveniently located near local favorites like Avalon Pier, Ashley's Espresso Parlour, and Seagate North Shopping Mall.
Updates for 2024: A new hot tub was installed by the pool.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Neighborhood & Community: This house is located within the Virginia Dare Shores subdivision in Kill Devil Hills. Virginia Dare Shores is an ocean to sound community that offers a playground, known as Hayman Park, only a quarter-mile west of the home, and a soundfront gazebo with a public boat ramp located on the west end of Hayman Blvd.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2026 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2026 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

The ground floor has a king bedroom with a flatscreen TV and nearby access to a full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub. Laundry facilities are located on this level. A large, partially enclosed dry entry offers a spot to hang out with a picnic table for seating and a convenient spot to rinse off after a day on the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower. The backyard offers both a large grassy area and a fully-fenced private pool with a poolside hot tub.
