Located on Whalehead Drive, you are a short walk to the nearby beach access and a short drive to nearby shops, boutiques, a grocery store, restaurants, local coffee spots, and so much more. The house is one lot from Albacore Street, which offers a walking path straight to the Albacore Beach Access. Outdoor attractions at the house include a private pool area with poolside loungers and outdoor seating, a sand volleyball area, two outdoor showers, cornhole, and a basketball hoop. On the middle floor, there's a rec room with a pool table and access to a deck with a hot tub. The top floor features a great room with plenty of comfy seating, a seasonal gas fireplace, and a large dining area adjacent to a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A screened-in porch and east-facing decks provide places to spend time and enjoy the calming breeze off the ocean. With six bedrooms and gathering areas throughout the house, The Cunningham is a great choice for your next Outer Banks vacation!

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
Attention, dog lovers! This home will be pet-friendly for the 2027 season. Up to two dogs will be allowed for an additional fee.

The interior of the ground floor has a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower that is accessible by the hallway.
