Relax into comfortable beach ambiance when you reserve Aqua Duck, a seaside home located in the popular community of Duck Landing in the award-winning town of Duck. This sensational floor plan offers multiple gathering areas for entertainment and recreation, six bedroom suitesm, all with private bathrooms, and ocean to sound views from the decks -- where you can also enjoy music drifting over from soundside park events. Enjoy an easy stroll into the heart of Duck to experience these seasonal family friendly events, fine dining, casual eateries and unique shops. Guests also have access to subdivision amenities, including a clubhouse with exercise and game rooms, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, playground, outdoor pickleball courts and a private beach access.
Updates for 2026: The ground floor rec room was fully renovated with all new furniture, flooring, and fixtures, new games (now includes a foosball table and arcade machine), an updated wet bar, all with a more modern and coastal feel.
Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, four pickleball courts, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Rec room doors open to a sheltered rear patio with a drink ledge and seating for three that overlooks the pool area. Additional activities include a sandy volleyball area, horseshoe pit, and basketball hoop. Tunes stream from outdoor speakers, and a park grill is available to prepare casual outdoor meals throughout your stay.
