Get ready for a fun stay at the ultimate OBX vacation destination, Atlantic Overlook in Corolla! Packed with amenities and located directly on the oceanfront, this well-appointed home is the ideal place for your Outer Banks vacation, no matter the time of year. With an impressive selection of indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, there is something exciting to do in any weather. Your pup is welcome to join in on the fun, too, as this home is pet-friendly. Linens, towels, and white duvets are laundered weekly! A locally based private maintenance and housekeeping staff remain available as necessary.
Updates for 2025: A new dining area added off the great room with a seasonal fireplace and TV, a new TV den added off the rec room with access to the open middle floor deck.
Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/03/26 - 09/20/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/02/2027 - 09/19/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pools & Hot Tubs: Both pools are heated by propane. Max. pool temp. is 85 degrees. $1,500 plus tax covers the cost of pool heat for both pools in 2026. The outdoor pool and the hot tub on the dune deck are available from April 5, 2026 to October 25, 2026. The ground level pool and the second hot tub are available year-round. The cost to heat the partially-enclosed ground level pool after the outdoor pool closes for the season is $750 plus tax. Call our office to add pool heat.
