New to the Carolina Designs program for 2026!
Pull up to your vacation home and get ready to yell Corollabunga! This home is a beautiful oceanfront retreat in Corolla, offering unbeatable views and a convenient location between two beach accesses. This spacious 9-bedroom house features a private pool, hot tub, and multiple outdoor seating areas perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying ocean breezes. Inside, guests will find a theater room with tiered seating, a rec room with a pool table, and a shuffleboard table for endless entertainment. The open-concept top floor offers stunning ocean views, a spacious living area, and a gourmet kitchen fully stocked for group meals. Seven of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and common area, and the home is equipped with high-speed internet and Hulu Live. An elevator provides easy access to all levels, and a 240V outlet is available for EV charging. As part of the Ocean Lakes community, guests also enjoy access to walking trails, tennis and pickleball courts, and a nearby large community pool.
Updates for 2026: New kitchen appliances, dining furniture updated, dune vegetation trimmed back to improve the look and feel of the pool area.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.

The top floor is the heart of the home, offering sweeping ocean views and space for everyone to come together. The open-concept great room includes a 65" Smart TV, cozy seating, and a dining area with two large tables. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for group meals, featuring double refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and sinks, as well as coffee makers (including a Keurig) and a beverage refrigerator. A king bedroom with a private bath and oceanfront deck access provides a serene retreat. Tucked just above the great room is a quaint loft, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet reading spot. A half bath is also located on the landing between the top and middle levels for added convenience.
