Overview
Situated perfectly in South Nags Head at Milepost 17, you are within walking distance to Jennette's Pier, and centrally located to great local restaurants, Tanger Outlet Mall, jet ski rentals, putt-putt, and many other OBX attractions. Spend your days relaxing on the beach or splashing in the private pool, and your nights watching the stars while listening to the waves break in the hot tub, or shooting pool in the rec room. Every bedroom has its own flat screen TV/DVD. Dream On The Beach has all of the great amenities and a thoughtful floor plan to make for a perfect family vacation.
Updates for 2026: Exterior renovation including speaker system added near hot tub, improvements to landscaping and outdoor shower, and new, darker house color. New photos to come.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Beach Walkway: Sand accumulation on the beach walkway is normal for this house.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

A lively recreation and media center on this level has ceramic tile flooring and is equipped with a regulation-size pool table, wet bar with full size refrigerator and comfortable furnishings arranged around a 50" flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor amenities. Access to full bath from recreation hall and laundry facilities are centrally located on this floor. Outdoor amenities include a hot tub with sound system, shower, pool, deck access, and ocean access with covered gazebo. A cornhole game and basketball hoop are also available.
