An aptly named home in Schooner Ridge, Ocean Mist is close enough to the sea to feel the soft beach breeze. Enjoy quality family time in the open second story living area or retreat to your comfortably appointed bedroom for quiet reflection. Wide wrap-around decks are situated to take in the fabulous ocean view over the live oaks and sea grass. A rooftop deck offers a uniquely high vantage point, and is a perfect perch to enjoy the sunset over appetizers or a glass of wine. Inside, the owners have thoughtfully decorated to make this home comfortable for your group. Seaside casual furniture and thoughtful extras like the tower room spa tub complete this picture perfect home. Just four lots from the beach access, you can be diving in the waves just minutes after walking out the front door. Equally enjoyable is the oceanfront community pool, available for guests of Schooner Ridge. This neighborhood offers quiet winding streets, and one of the most comprehensive clubhouses in Duck, which includes an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, game room, tennis, and more. Coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and more are located in the town of Duck, also an easy walking or biking distance.

Community note: Guests of Schooner Ridge have access to many community amenities. Early access into this subdivision is permitted. Visit their website for details about all that is available during your stay. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Golf carts: All golf carts operated by guests in Schooner Ridge must be street-legal and licensed. Street-legal golf carts are allowed to be driven on Duck Road. All other golf carts are not allowed in Schooner Ridge and must be driven on side streets only in other subdivisions. Golf carts are never allowed on sidewalks.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
