Professionally decorated in invigorating ocean blues and soothing sea greens, this upscale nearly 5,000 square foot home provides guests with a wonderful flow of stylish bedroom suites and entertainment-focused amenities, all set to the backdrop of memorable views of the Atlantic. Beach access is conveniently located, with the community path to the beach directly next to this home. All bedrooms have private baths and each has a mounted flat screen TV. The Ocean Lake community in Ocean Sands provides guest access to community amenities, including an Olympic-size community pool, children's pool, outdoor tennis courts, and a stocked fishing lake (fishing license required to fish). It is minutes away from the semi-private 18-hole championship golf course, The Currituck Club, designed by legendary architect Rees Jones. Ocean Lake provides easy access to grocery chains, Harris Teeter and Food Lion, local boutiques, casual and fine dining and historic and recreational opportunities.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home provides ramp access and an elevator. The mid level queen has roll-under sink and low-barrier shower with shower seat and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.

The elongated dining table offers seating for guests, and saddle chairs are positioned under a wall mounted bar ledge to enjoy ocean views at. A sun deck with Trex decking runs the length of the home and has seating to enjoy enhanced ocean views and refreshing coastal breezes.
The modern gourmet kitchen features elegant custom wood cabinets, Black Pearl granite countertops, a custom kitchen island with a built-in wine cooler and microwave, and bar seating for three. It is well equipped for large meal preparations providing two full refrigerators with ice makers, two dishwashers, a 6-burner Jenn-Air gas range, double ovens, a microwave drawer, a Keurig, and plenty of counter space and storage. Two private king suites complete this level, one is oceanfront with ocean views, an oceanfront sitting area, direct sun deck access, and a private bath with a custom tile shower with a rain shower head and dual sink vanity. The west facing king bedroom provides a private bath with a custom tile shower. A half bath is conveniently located on the landing between the first and second floors.
