Bella Playa - the name says it all! Experience the beauty of our beaches with a vacation at this thoughtfully designed six-bedroom home in the Ocean Lake community of Corolla. Built to incorporate all the amenities that make for a stress-free vacation, Bella Playa is a seaside retreat that your entire group will appreciate. Professionally decorated in a calming palette of coastal blues and whites, this home seamlessly combines style and comfort. Unwind poolside in your very own private pool area, which includes a bubbling hot tub, outdoor bar / entertainment area with TV and custom Bluetooth-capable sound system, an outdoor shower, and a grilling area for summertime meal prep.

Inside, the ground floor rec room features a pool table and media area for movie night, and six bedrooms provide plenty of space to stretch out. All eight TVs in the home are Smart TVs, so you can log into your Netflix accounts to catch your favorite show or movie. An elevator travels through all three floors, helpful for moving groceries and luggage, or for guests with mobility issues. Ocean views are enjoyed from the top-level front and rear decks, reminding you that it's a mere 80 yards to the neighborhood beach access! It's also a breeze to meander along the quiet neighborhood street to get to the ocean in no time. In addition, there's an Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts, and a stocked fishing lake (fishing license required to fish) available to guests of Ocean Lake, and the home is conveniently situated between two shopping centers (around a five-minute drive in each direction) that each offer a grocery store, beach rental equipment shops, and unique restaurants.

Updates for 2024: New furniture in the great room and new outdoor furniture in the pool area.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Please Note: Although this home has an elevator, the only ground floor entrance is through the back slider by the pool.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Game night! The ground floor rec room provides both a regulation size pool table for your enjoyment. Rainy day? Curl up on the couch in the adjacent media area to catch a flick, which offers 55" Smart TV. This lower level entertainment area also offers a wet bar, which includes a full-size refrigerator and sink. The additional fridge is an added convenience for storing snacks and beverages that are easily accessable when you're hanging out by the pool. There are two bedrooms on this level, one of which offers two custom built-in twin bunksets, and the second offering a queen bed and walk in closet. There is a shared hall bathroom - please note that this is the only bathroom in the home with a tub (the other baths have stand-up showers).

Outdoors, enjoy the custom saltwater private pool with wet deck any time of day! Featuring an outdoor entertainment area with 43" Smart TV and sound system, the pool area is a fun place to relax day or night.

This was by far the nicest house I have stayed at in the OBX. The location was great, the proximity to the beach was excellent.
