Home consistently is upgraded and maintained well. Each stay has been great at this house. The kitchen has nearly everything you could ask for.

Everyone loved the house! We had a five-year old who loved the swimming pool and the closeness to the beach. My husband and I loved the renovated top floor bathroom with the large shower.

The house is lovely, and with eight bedrooms, it can accommodate a large group. The salt-water pool was a big hit with everyone, as was the hot tub. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We are already leasing this home next September 2024. We love this home. We met the owner last year and saw him again this year. It is very nice to see an owner taking pride in his home. All the updates that have been done are amazing. Carolina Design is definetly a cut above the rest.

Do a girls trip every year this is our third stay in this house. It's perfect we love it!!!

I love that the homes are keyless entry, it is really nice not to have to stop at the office to pick up keys.

The house is beautiful! We love this company. This is my 2nd year in a row using this company. The one thing I'd change about the house is the shower heads in the bathrooms. Other than that, the house is great!

This was a great house. We rent from Carolina Designs because we believe they offer quality homes with quality amenities. I don't want to worry when I open that door at the beginning of my vacation.

Overall the best rental agency I have dealt with over the many years of renting home in different areas. Communication was excellent. It was very convenient to have clean towels and sheets provided (less things to pack). Keyless entry was also a great feature.
