The private pool area is fully fenced and offers poolside loungers and a large grassy yard inside the pool fence. You can go from playing a yard game to cannon balling into the pool without ever leaving the backyard. Two large outdoor showers are located on the east side of the house; one shower stall has a toilet. The volleyball area will tempt the group into lighthearted competition to secure bragging rights for the winning team! A wooden boardwalk leads from the backyard to the ocean and having your own private boardwalk to stroll back and forth from the house to the beach as you wish makes vacation days that much more fun. The two car garage has been converted into a rec room with a foosball table and a seating area. There are two full-size refrigerators to keep all your poolside snacks and drinks close by.
