Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

The sliding glass door from the dining area leads to the west deck that overlooks the pool area and includes seating for both dining and watching the sunsets. The great room sliding glass door opens to the east deck that faces the ocean and includes high top Adirondack Chairs for your viewing pleasure. Three king bedrooms with private baths and Smart TVs are on the north end of the home.
