This home features three spacious, coastal-inspired levels, thoughtfully designed for both comfort and entertainment. The top floor offers an open concept with cathedral ceilings, large picture windows, and cupola, bringing in an abundance of natural light and offering sweeping views. Each bedroom includes its own private, custom-tiled bathroom and the ground floor offers a theater and rec room with a pool table and a game arcade console with 3,500 games. You're not going to want to leave!
Outdoor amenities abound at Sea Luxury, with a private pool, hot tub, and a 24 ft. long tiki bar, perfect for keeping the party going all day long. To enhance your poolside experience, a large flat-screen TV and outdoor speakers are available to watch your favorite show or play your favorite tunes while floating in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. Sea Luxury offers outstanding ocean views from the open east-facing decks, and there are three levels of covered decking overlooking the pool area, perfect for dining al fresco and relaxing in the shade.
Being right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and centrally placed between two nearby public beach accesses, you aren't far from all that the Outer Banks beaches of Corolla have to offer. Stroll down the miles of pristine beach, hang out poolside, or venture into town to enjoy some sightseeing, shopping, and dining. There is a reason visitors of Corolla return year after year.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. The ones who love to cook will enjoy whipping up a meal in the kitchen. Equipped with two dishwashers, 48" professional range, and a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, you'll have no problem prepping a meal for many hungry vacationers. Coffee lovers in the group will find a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Spend your evenings watching the sky change into the beautiful reds, pinks, and oranges as the sun sets from the covered deck overlooking the pool area.
There is a king bedroom on the second floor with sliding door access to a private deck with ocean views, a private custom-tiled bathroom, flat-screen TV, and a built-in desk.
