Overview

Southern charm and comfort abound in this great Outer Banks vacation home right on the ocean with lots of decking. Three levels of beautifully decorated living areas give plenty of room for the entire family. The rooms have been painted with vibrant, pleasing colors throughout. Soak up the sun poolside or on the wrap-around oceanfront decks while enjoying the unobstructed, panoramic ocean views. The lot is extra wide to allow for even more beautiful beachfront and spectacular vistas, and a large driveway ensures that there is plenty of room for parking.

Yankee Belle is close to many local restaurants, the Outer Banks Mall, and Nags Head Golf Links. You are located right around the corner from the traffic light that leads into the parking lot of the Outer Banks Mall. The Mall offers a Tesla charging area, restuarants, shops, and grocery store chains such as Food Lion and The Fresh Market.

Updates for 2025: New walkway to beach and dune deck, new enclosed outdoor shower.

Updates for 2024: Fresh interior paint in the great room, dining area, and kitchen, two new swivel rocking chairs in great room.

TVs: All the TVs are Roku with the Spectrum app.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

The fun begins outdoors on a lovely pool deck featuring a sparkling private pool, hot tub ideal for soaking, and even a fish cleaning station for the fishermen in the group. Clean the day's catch like a pro and then enjoy fresh seafood for dinner.
