Overview
If you love sunrises over the ocean, Sunrise Oasis is the perfect oceanfront vacation retreat for your next visit to the Outer Banks. This professionally decorated home is awash in a palette of cool grays and soothing blues that balance contemporary sensibilities with traditional nautical flair. Features include eight bedrooms with private baths, an elevator, an open great room with oceanfront dining, a modern kitchen with a Butler's pantry, a recreation room, a media lounge, a sports bar, and a ground level sitting area. This oceanfront community is located near fine dining, shops and malls, national parks, piers, and recreational activities.
Updates for 2024: New sofas, coffee table, and rug in the great room, larger TV in rec room with Spectrum app, new stools around the kitchen island, fresh landscaping in the backyard, and new pool loungers.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator, and a ground floor king bathroom that has a roll-under sink and a shower with grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand accumulation to cover the walkway and gazebo floor at this home.

Sleeping accommodations on the ground floor include two kings with private baths, a bedroom furnished with two twin beds and a private bath, and a bedroom equipped with a double bunk, twin trundle, and private bath. One of the king bedrooms features a special access bathroom with a roll-under sink and low-barrier shower. The sitting lounge provides seating, a wet bar with sink and microwave, and direct access to outdoor amenities.
Outdoor amenities include a custom heated pool, 6-person hot tub, cabana bath, and covered patio bar with sink and gas grill. A private beach walkway and the dune-top gazebo are available. The beach is the perfect place to enjoy views of Jennette's Pier and fun beach activities.
