Get ready to Splish Splash all week long when you book a stay in this oceanfront Nags Head vacation home. With six bedrooms, a rec room, a private pool, a hot tub, and a private dune top gazebo with access to the beach, you and your group will feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. The open concept of the top floor makes it the perfect spot for everyone to spend time together throughout your vacation days, whether it's to cook up a tasty meal, watch a new movie you've been excited to enjoy, or sit out on the top floor sun deck and take in the views of the Atlantic. Spend sunny days kicked back in your beach chair in the sand or run into the ocean to play in the waves, whichever you choose, you're right on the other side of the dune, and it's only a short walk to and from Splish Splash via the private beach access. Are you more of a shade lover but still want to enjoy the breeze off the water? Hang out on the dune top gazebo, where you have elevated water views while out of the sun. For those who want to relax the day away while floating in a private pool, well, that's an option too at Splish Splash. Your options are certainly not limited while staying here, and we think you're going to love your visit!

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
Interested in a shorter stay? This property allows partial stays during the months of April, May, and September through December (non-holiday weeks). Please note that there is a 3-night minimum. Call our office to book!

The ground level rec room is furnished with a sofa and a high-top table with chairs. There is a mounted flatscreen TV, a foosball table, an arcade game, and a full-sized refrigerator. Two bedrooms are available - one with a queen bed and the other with two pyramid bunks. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and share a full bath. A half bath is located on this floor as well as the laundry room that has a washer, a dryer, and a sink.
Making your way outside, there is a sheltered outdoor seating area under the house, along with an enclosed outdoor shower and a gas grill. A fully-fenced pool area offers a large grassy yard with a private pool, a poolside hot tub, loungers, and an outdoor table with seating around it. Through the fence door are steps that lead up over the dune onto a dune-top gazebo with built-in seating and steps down to the walkway to the beach.
