Overview
Oceanfront in Nags Head, Coastal LegaSea is sure to be the backdrop of the vacation stories you'll tell for years to come. Loaded down with amenities to enjoy while spending your days on the Outer Banks, this home has a private pool, a hot tub, covered and open decks with ocean views, private access to the beach via a dune top gazebo, and so much more! Coastal LegaSea offers seven king bedrooms, a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, and a den with a king bed. All nine rooms have direct access to a full bathroom, and some have direct access to an east or west deck via a sliding glass door. Gathering areas on each level include two rec rooms, a theater, and an open concept top floor with a reverse floor plan, meaning the best views in the house will be enjoyed from the great room, kitchen, and dining area or while relaxing on the top floor east deck that overlooks the pool and on to the horizon.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump for additional fee. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home is equipped with an elevator and a ramp. A king bedroom on the middle floor has access to a bathroom with a low-barrier shower with a shower seat, an in-shower grab bar, and a roll-under sink. Please note that none of our houses are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more information.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the front of the house facing a portion of the driveway, a second camera installed on the south side of the house facing the portion of the driveway and carport not visible to the first camera, and a third camera installed on the top oceanside deck facing the beach walkway.

The top level offers an open concept floor plan with a great room, dining area, kitchen, sitting area, wet bar, and sliding glass doors leading to ocean view and west decks. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, gas range, double wall oven, two dishwashers, and a microwave. Around the corner near the dining area is a second full-sized refrigerator and a bar sink. A standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig are available. A half bath is centrally located. Two king bedrooms round out the top floor. Both bedrooms have private baths with walk-in showers.
