New to the Carolina Designs program for 2025!
Oceanfront in Nags Head, Coastal LegaSea is sure to be the backdrop of the vacation stories you'll tell for years to come. Loaded down with amenities to enjoy while spending your days on the Outer Banks, this home has a private pool, a hot tub, covered and open decks with ocean views, private access to the beach via a dune top gazebo, and so much more! Coastal LegaSea offers seven king bedrooms, a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, and a den with a king bed. All nine rooms have direct access to a full bathroom, and some have direct access to an east or west deck via a sliding glass door. Gathering areas on each level include two rec rooms, a theater, and an open concept top floor with a reverse floor plan, meaning the best views in the house will be enjoyed from the great room, kitchen, and dining area or while relaxing on the top floor east deck that overlooks the pool and on to the horizon.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump for additional fee. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home is equipped with an elevator and a ramp. A king bedroom on the middle floor has access to a bathroom with a low-barrier shower with a shower seat, an in-shower grab bar, and a roll-under sink. Please note that none of our houses are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more information.

The ground floor has two king bedrooms with private baths and walk-in showers. A den provides an additional sleeping option, including a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The rec room offers a shuffleboard table, a seating area with an L-shaped sectional and a mounted Smart TV, and a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, commercial icemaker, sink, microwave, and Keurig. Centrally located is a half bath and a laundry room. The laundry room is equipped with two washers and two dryers.
The backyard at Coastal LegaSea includes just about anything you could wish for in your Outer Banks vacation home. There is a large pool with a built-in wet deck, a wide grassy area for yard games, plenty of space for poolside lounging, a sheltered seating area for a mid-day break from the sunshine, a gas grill, a hot tub, a raised poolside deck with seating, outdoor showers (two open, one enclosed), and a private walkway over the dune that includes a dune top gazebo for optimal ocean views.
