This unbeatable beachfront location is steps to the Atlantic and features endless ocean views from the top floor and a private beach walkway with a dune-top deck. Situated in a prime Nags Head location, guests enjoy quick proximity to grocery stores, eateries, shops, watersport activities, and Jockey's Ridge State Park.
Updates for 2025: New countertops, backsplash, flooring, and fixtures in kitchen.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Special Access Amenities: A mid level oceanfront king suite has a bathroom equipped with roll-under sink and shower with seat/grab bars. There is a door on the ground level under the front steps that leads to the elevator without any stairs. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Bedding options on the ground floor include three suites ideal for young adults and children. One bedroom has a private bath and is furnished with a pyramid bunk and mounted flatscreen TV. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom. Both have mounted flatscreen TVs; one is equipped with a pyramid bunk, and the other offers two twins. A lively recreation room is outfitted with sofa seating, a mounted flatscreen TV, a pool table, a 4-person game table, a pub table with chairs, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, and a refrigerator for snack storage.
Sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor amenities that include a refreshing private pool, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a grill and outdoor table for informal BBQs. A private walkway to the beach allows for quick day trips to relax on friendly beaches and play in exhilarating surf, and the dune-top deck is the perfect perch to overlook beach activities. Spend evenings star gazing and planning tomorrow's adventures in the poolside bubbling hot tub.
