Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/03/26 - 09/20/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/02/2027 - 09/19/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by solar energy with heat pump backup. Ambient air temp of 60 degrees needed to heat the pool. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Please Note: The fireplace is not available for guest use.

A high-performance home theater provides a 90" screen, JBL 5.1 surround sound, six cinema-style recliners, and a rear bar ledge with six stools. Hone your competitive skills in the sensational recreation room featuring a ceramic tile floor, pool table, bench seating, mounted flatscreen, and a bar outfitted with granite countertops, sink, microwave, a Keurig, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A half bath is available and serves as a cabana bath for those outdoors.
Rec room doors open to unveil outdoor amenities, and the highlight is a custom saltwater pool with an inset kiddie pool and multi-colored lights for evening enjoyment. The pool deck offers abundant lounge chairs for rest and sunbathing under blue Carolina skies. Outdoor speakers infuse this space with music as you grill BBQ meals or sip chilled beverages at the poolside tiki bar. Stroll on the private walkway to gaze at the Atlantic from the dune-top deck with built-in seating under a shady pergola. Then, journey to pristine beaches to sunbathe to the sound of waves lapping the shoreline or romp in the frolicking surf. As evening sets, retreat to the bubbling hot tub to rest mind, body, and soul under the star-filled night sky.
