Overview
When vacationing in large groups, your comfort demands a grand estate with abundant entertainment options, a broad selection of sleeping accommodations and amenities that allow for plenty of outdoor recreation. Enjoy the convenience of an oceanfront location, an elevator, two laundry rooms, hot tub, private pool and beach walkway, and spacious common areas. Mucho Dinero offers a unique home design to ensure comfort and leisure during your beachfront vacation experience.
Updates for 2025: New flooring on the middle floor, new vanities in all the bathrooms.
Updates for 2024: Refresh of the second floor to include fresh paint (new color), new refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, wine cooler, tile backsplash, kitchen tables, bar stools, dining room table, and ceiling lights. The carpet on the second floor has been replaced with plank flooring.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Bedding: This owner provides additional pillows, but guests must bring additional pillow cases to use during their stay.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Dedicated to communal entertaining, the great room features high ceilings and showcases ocean views. There are three living areas with comfortable sofa, settee, and armchair seating, and a large flatscreen with Blu-ray home theater system. Ocean view dining is available at cafe tables and an elongated dining table. Doors open to an oceanfront covered and sun deck furnished to enjoy refreshing sea breezes and panoramic ocean vistas. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for large groups with ample granite countertops, casual bar seating, and a host of appliances including two refrigerators, two range/ovens, two microwaves, two dishwashers, wine cooler, and a Keurig. A half bath is conveniently located. This level is completed with two king bedrooms with flatscreen TVs, covered balconies, and private baths (one with a Jacuzzi tub).
