The professionally designed interior, combined with high-end finishes and an extensive list of amenities, makes for a truly special vacation. The expansive oceanfront dune deck connects to a private beach walkway and offers a premier vantage point for watching the waves roll in. Inside, views of the ocean can be enjoyed from the open great room as you prepare dinner or gather together for a meal or while relaxing on the three levels of covered decks. A private pool and hot tub, elevator, well-equipped kitchen, and a rec room with a pool table round out the long list of amenities designed to make your stay memorable at Aqua Vida. This home is located on a stretch of the Beach Road that offers great options for restaurants, ice cream shops, art galleries, and activities. Enjoy close proximity to local favorites such as Jockey's Ridge State Park, Tortuga's Lie restaurant, family-friendly Dowdy Park, multiple coffee shops, the Outer Banks YMCA, putt-putt golf, and the Nags Head Fishing Pier. A short drive takes you to Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jennette's Pier, and many other Outer Banks attractions.
Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max. temperature is 85 degrees.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed for security purposes. They will be covered and turned off during reserved weeks.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Elevator: Although this home offers an elevator, there are four stairs that lead to the ground floor of this home.
Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. If you're seeking shade, you can rest on the covered deck that overlooks the pool area with two bar-height tables. The rec room includes a pool table, mounted flatscreen TV, bar seating, and an arcade game with Pac-Man, Galaga, and much more! A half bath connects to the rec room and is conveniently located just inside the sliding door that leads to the pool. For movie night, unwind in the theater room with four theater-style chairs, two Lovesac bean bags, and an Xbox (please bring your own games). Bedding on the ground floor includes three king bedrooms with private baths, one of which offers a sliding glass door that opens to the pool area.
