Overview
New to the Carolina Designs program for the 2026 season! Planned updates before the first available rental include fresh interior paint throughout the entire house, interior decor refresh, new smart TVs in every bedroom and in great room, new hot tub added to the pool deck, outdoor ping-pong table added to ground level. All updates are subject to change until complete.
Experience the simple pleasures of coastal living at Loki's Landing, a 5-bedroom oceanfront retreat located in the heart of Nags Head. With a private walkway leading directly to the beach and a dune-top deck, you can effortlessly go from poolside lounging to sandy shores in moments. The expansive private saltwater pool is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring an area that has plenty of space to soak up the sun along with a soothing poolside hot tub for unwinding after a day by the ocean. Outdoor amenities abound, including an outdoor ping pong table for friendly competition and two outdoor showers for rinsing off after beach days. Inside, the home offers a bright, open-concept top floor where the great room, dining area, and kitchen all take in sweeping ocean views through large picture windows. The middle floor wraparound deck provides an incredible vantage point of the ocean and overlooks the pool area, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. Thoughtful features like convenient ground-level access, centrally located laundry, and easy flow between floors enhance comfort for your entire group.
