Updates for 2024: New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the home, new great room furniture, fresh paint in a light gray color in the great room, dining area, and kitchen, kitchen upgrades including a new stove, cabinets and trim painted white, new backsplash, updated countertops, and more.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is not unusual for sand to cover the beach walkway and dune-top deck.

Sliding glass doors lead to the oceanfront outdoor amenities. There are two bedrooms on this floor that share a full bath. One is furnished with a queen bed and the other is furnished with one twin bunk and one pyramid bunk.
