Reserve this delightful beachfront home and treat yourself and your vacation group to a relaxing vacation Down By The Sea in a comfortable retreat with ample indoor and outdoor amenities. Outside, enjoy a private pool, a beach walkway with a foot wash and an open outdoor shower (there is an enclosed outdoor shower on the side of the house), and a hot tub. Inside, play in the rec room that has a pool table, and foosball is also available. This home is situated at Milepost 15 in Nags Head, a prime location that is close to a wide variety of shops, casual and fine dining, local piers and seafood markets and outdoor recreational activities.
Updates for 2026: New sofas and larger TV (65") in great room. New sofa and ceiling fan in loft.
Updates for 2024: New decks and railings on first and second floor.
TVs: TVs stream through Roku devices and have cable access through Spectrum app.
Pool: Pool heated with propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
Path To Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is not unusual for sand to cover the beach walkway.

Down the hall, there is a separate room for playing foosball.
