Overview
A stunning, custom designed and decorated, 8-bedroom vacation home located on the oceanfront in Nags Head - Blue Breeze is one you'll want to experience! Amenities to enjoy include a rec room, private theater, a private pool and hot tub, a Sonos sound system with 6 zones (including outside by the pool), a walkway over the dune to the beach, a water filteration system through the whole house, and an elevator that travels to each level starting on the ground in the carport.
Incredible natural lighting and ocean views fill the top floor where the great room, dining area, and kitchen are located. Six of the eight bedrooms offer private baths, and over half of the bedrooms have direct access to either an east or west-facing deck. Spacious gathering areas and bedrooms, comfortable furnishings, desired amenities, and a prime location are what you will find at Blue Breeze! A central location in Nags Head means you aren't far from grocery stores, popular restaurants, local shops, and attractions.

Updates for 2026: A water filteration system was added through the whole house.
Updates for 2024: Fresh interior paint, cornhole added to pool area, and new hot tub.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside umbrella & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes three umbrellas and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
TVs: Smart TVs with Spectrum App for cable access; guests are welcome to log into other apps to access their personal accounts.
Special Access Amenities: A mid-level king bedroom has a bath with a roll-in shower with seat and grab bars. The elevator is accessible from the ground level in the carport and travels to all floors. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the east and west exterior of the home.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

The ground level offers entertainment options for those of any age. The rec room has a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a Multicade arcade game, a high-top table with seating, a large flatscreen TV, and a wet bar equipped with a sink, microwave, and two under counter refrigerators. If games aren't your style, how about a cozy and private theater room with surround sound, a BluRay player, and a game controller connection port to enjoy throughout your stay? Nestle into one of the large theater seats with your favorite movie snack and get lost in your go-to feature film. Sleeping quarters on this floor include a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin bunks. There is a full bath with tub/shower located on this level, as well as a half bath by the entrance.
Outside will be where a wave of relaxation washes over you. A private 12' x 24' pool that can be heated, a hot tub, an open outdoor shower, private walkway over the dune with an elevated dune deck, a gas grill, cornhole, and plenty of poolside seating is all available to you during your stay!
