Designed to impress, Sea Castle is a nine bedroom home on the ocean's edge in Nags Head. Professionally designed in modern tones and textiles, outfitted with quality appliances and electronics, this seaside retreat is sure to be the backdrop for lasting vacation memories. Easy summertime living is found in the outdoor area, which offers a private pool, hot tub, poolside cabana with al fresco seating, an elevated sun deck, and private beach boardwalk. Inside, three levels of living space incorporate a rec room, home theater, and nine bedrooms with private baths. Ease of access is provided by an elevator which travels between all three floors.
Centrally located at Milepost 10 in Nags Head, Sea Castle is an easy distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, fine and casual dining options, the Nags Head Adventure Park, mini golf, piers, and historical sites. Stroll to Morning View or Front Porch for your morning brew, grab lunch at iconic Tortugas' Lie or Red Drum Tap House, sign up for surf lessons at nearby Outer Surf, and treat yourself to fro-yo at Surfin' Spoon - the area is rich with restaurants and activities!

Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Are you reserving this home for a wedding or special event? Please contact our office to inform us of your plans. You will receive an addendum to the lease which will need to be signed and returned. Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/03/2025 - 09/20/2025. Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp to the front door, an elevator, and a special access shared bath in one of the mid-level kings (roll-under sink, shower seat and grab bar - the bedroom's balcony is not wheelchair-accessible). Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Parking: 7 parking spaces - shared driveway with #306 Beach Treasure.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Enter the ground floor of this home via a covered carport entrance. Three king bedrooms are available on this level, all with private baths. The poolside king has large windows that overlook the outdoor area. A rec room provides shuffleboard, a kitchenette with full refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker, microwave, Keurig, and sink, and cozy sofa seating around a large mounted flat screen. Sliding glass doors open from the rec room to the backyard, which offers an incredible array of outdoor amenities. Lounge poolside, soak your worries away in the hot tub, or find some shade under the covered cabana. Stairs lead up and over the dunes to the water's edge via a private beach walkway. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, as well as two additional open shower heads.
