Highlights include a refreshing private pool and hot tub, walkway to the beach, rec room with pool table and media area, and eight well-appointed bedrooms, all with LCD Smart TVs. Relax and rejuvenate to a backdrop of stellar ocean views, and this prime location at Milepost 14.5 in Nags Head is close to piers, fine eateries, national parks, boutiques and malls.
Lifeguard: A lifeguard station is on the beach in front of the home from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.
This home is located in an area that will receive beach nourishment in 2026 to widen the beach. Learn more about beach nourishment. All beach nourishment information is subject to change. **If the beach directly in front of your home is being actively nourished during your stay, this homeowner has agreed to compensate you for a portion of your vacation.

This bedroom shares a full bathroom with those enjoying the recreational amenities.
Outdoors, guests are treated to a refreshing private pool, bubbling hot tub, enclosed outdoor shower with changing area, open air outdoor shower and a foot wash. A convenient fish cleaning station allows for easy clean-up of the fresh catch of the day! Journey to the shore on a private beach walkway and perch on the dune-top deck with built-in seating to savor ocean views and gentle breezes.
