A taste of Caribbean luxury comes to the Outer Banks in this custom-built beachfront holiday villa via Grand Cayman, an eight bedroom retreat at Milepost 13 in Nags Head. Bask in the Carolina sun on a golden beach mere steps from your doorway, or opt for an even shorter trip to the deck of your private pool. An elevator has been provided between the three levels for ease of access and help with hauling groceries and luggage. As you ascend to the top floor, unique columns and horizon views greet you. A gourmet kitchen offers two full refrigerators, two dishwashers, wall oven and convection oven, and everything necessary for meal preparation. Custom touches are apparent throughout, from the unique top floor layout to the designed tile work in the bathrooms. Each bedroom is spacious and appointed with a flat screen TV, providing a relaxing retreat for everyone. The home theater and sports bar ensure long lasting fun on a rainy day, and the private pool, which is just over the dune from the beach, offers a sanctuary to stretch out under the summer sun. In the mood for shopping or fine dining? The village of Nags Head offers choices to satisfy every mood and taste. Updates for 2024: New stove/cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher in the kitchen, pool table refelted, new outdoor furniture around the pool and on the decks, exterior updates included fresh paint on banisters, railings, and pool fence, and new siding.
Updates for 2023: New luxury vinyl flooring in bedrooms and theater, new bunk beds, new ground level slider, and artificial grass added to pool area.
Pool: Pool is heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.

- This home shares a driveway with the house next door.
- Although the elevator goes to three levels, the back patio has a few stairs between the entrance and the elevator, and there are stairs from the driveway to the front door entrance.
- A landline is not available at this property.
Path To Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand to accumulate on this home's beach steps and walkway.
