PIER JOY Oceanfront in Nags Head

We love this home and have rented it for several years now. We also have it reserved for next year already.

Pier Joy was a pure joy. The house itself was immaculate and very convenient. The view and sound of the ocean was priceless. The addition this past year of a canopy on the beach was just wonderful and we used it a lot. We'll come back again if we can!

We have been coming to this house when able for many years. The new decor and improvements were lovely. Thank you for helping us remember memories and make new ones.

This was our family's 21st trip to the Outer Banks in the past 25 years. This was by far our favorite house! The house, location and amenities were amazing! It was perfect for our family, ranging in age from 1 to 67 years old. We are looking forward to another stay at Pier Joy!

The view of the ocean was magnificent and so soothing. The pool was delightful.

We have been vacationing at OBX for the past 20 years and this is our favorite house by far. The kitchen was stocked with the most cooking amenities than we have ever had. From pots and pans to pot holders. We would definitely love to stay in this house again.

Our family enjoyed a lovely vacation at Pier Joy last week. It's a beautiful home, well appointed, and perfect for a multi-family vacation. This was our second time renting Pier Joy. The location is so convenient to the pier, outlets, ice cream, and Sam's & Omies. Carolina Designs is our preferred rental agency...so friendly and attentive.

Our vacation was incredible and it was mostly because of this beautiful house! Right on the beach with every amenity you can think of. We will certainly look to stay there again. Thank you.

We just rented pier joy last week. We rented this house last year also. The upgrades were fantastic and the overall house is beautiful comfortable. All the beds were comfortable the game room and sitting room was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The salt water pool was nice. My whole family loved this house and convience to beach, stores and jennettes pier. The house was very clean and what a great feeling you get when you first walk in and see the decor and view of ocean. Carolina Designs were kind friendly and prompt whenever we spoke with them. I will always rent from Carolina Designs whenever we stay in Nags Head. They deserve a 10 out of 10 for costumer service.

This house is a good area to ride bikes safely with kids. We have a family of 14 and the house was big enough to have your own space when needed. Floors are pretty solid, so you couldn't hear others walking around when trying to sleep. All beds were very comfortable!

We have come to the Outer Banks yearly for 20 years and this home was by far the nicest one we have stayed in. Hope to do it again!

The overall condition was excellent and the kitchen was well stocked. For the first time in the 10+ years we have been renting at Nags Head, this was the first year that everything worked perfectly. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.
