My family was as impressed as I was and could not believe the VIEW of the ocean. We can't wait to stay again!!!! I must admit, seeing how beautiful the house and its rooms were online, left me with a big question mark as to what the actual property would be like when we arrived. But The Carolinian #057 was exactly as shown online. Everything was clean and beautiful.

This visit was the 2nd time we have stayed in this unit. It is well laid out and nicely decorated. We have been renting through Carolina Designs for 8 years and are well pleased with your product offerings and with your support staff.

Already booked for next year and I consistently recommend your company to everyone.

This home was wonderful - very comfortable, plenty of room for our group, well stocked kitchen, great beach access - would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful...exactly as advertised! Loved being right on the beach and seeing the ocean from the top floor of the home. I have already given a friend all of the information on Carolina Designs and the home we stayed at...as she is considering renting next year.

Every person I talked with on the phone as I was trying to find the right house for my family was so helpful and patient and positive and cheerful. I never felt rushed or like I was putting them out with all my questions. I also never had to wait long for a person to answer the phone. From beginning to end, everyone was personable and welcoming.

We have stayed in THE CAROLINIAN (#057) for several years and continue to be impressed with this beautiful vacation rental, as well as the efficiency of the Carolina Designs staff -- to include the reservation, housekeeping and maintenance staffs.. Our hats off to Ralph and his team who did a great job cleaning the home. The unit was spotless when we checked in. We noticed that again this year the owner made several improvements: (1) installation of a new pool liner, (2) addition of a new couch on the ground floor, (3) addition of a new and beautiful dining room table, and (4) placement/elevation of TV's in several of the bedrooms on the wall for easier viewing. All of these changes add significantly to the quality of this vacation rental. We look forward to another visit in 2019.
