Overview
Morning Glory is a semi-oceanfront home with desirable oceanfront amenities! A private dune deck and walkway to the uncrowded beach is right across the street and uninterrupted views of the horizon are yours to enjoy while staying here. Be sure to rise early and savor color-drenched sunrises as the sun peeks over the Atlantic. Morning Glory is a classic, six-bedroom vacation retreat with an incredible view of the ocean and quick access to the shoreline. Pack your beach bag, grab your favorite chair, and simply walk across the street to spend the day in the sun and splash in the saltwater.
Comfortably furnished with popular features, there is a fully fenced pool and hot tub area, a rec room with a pool table and wet bar, and an open concept top level where the kitchen, great room, and dining area are all centrally located for your group to spend time together. The first and second floors have ocean-facing decks that are ideal for observing seabirds, dolphins, and beach activities. Centrally located in Kitty Hawk, you'll be close to many restaurants and shopping options to enjoy throughout your stay.
Updates for 2025: New 85" TV in great room with soundbar, new decking and fence in grill/outdoor shower area.
Updates for 2024: All TVs replaced with Smart TVs, new mattresses in king and queen bedrooms, new comfort height toilets in all bathrooms, picture windows added to top floor, new stainless steel appliances in kitchen, new stainless steel refrigerator in rec room, new outdoor table and chairs in the dry entry, and new polywood outdoor furniture.
Updates for 2023: A new dune-top deck was built that includes built-in seating, new lounge chairs and polywood chairs around the pool, new hot tub, and the home's exterior was painted a new color.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the fence near the street north of driveway, on the dune deck across the street facing front of house, and inside the ground floor locked owner's closet (two cameras).
