Overview
Experience Grande Atlantis, a stunning, brand new, coastal-inspired, 10-bedroom oceanfront home in Kill Devil Hills. This exquisite vacation estate not only offers endless opportunities for spending memory-filled time surrounded by breathtaking ocean views, but it also includes indoor amenities such as a large rec room with pool and arcade, in-home theater, elevator, large open concept top floor, LED fireplace, decks on every level, wheelchair door access in the back of the house, and 7 bedrooms with private baths. Outdoor features to enjoy include a large private pool (that can be heated), a poolside hot tub and cabana, ping-pong table, a sun deck on the cabana roof, and a private beach access with a sheltered dune deck with seating and uninterrupted ocean views.
Updates for 2025: The house underwent a complete renovation, including new flooring, new insulation, new electrical, new plumbing, new windows, new HVAC, new roof and siding, new appliances, new tile, all new furnishings and fixtures. The kitchen was significantly expanded and now includes a pantry.
Updates for 2024: Interior doors painted white with new hardware, new bedroom ceiling fans with a modern look, and the lounge chair in the first floor king bedroom has been reupholstered.
Updates for 2023: Updated landscaping, outdoor ping pong table added, new hot tub, new chairs in the sitting area, and the theater room projection screen was replaced with an 85'' TV.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not function. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs & Sound Systems: All of the TVs are smart TVs. Cable streaming is available on the TVs through the Spectrum app. Guests are welcome to log into their own accounts to stream through other apps such as Netflix and Hulu. Each bedroom can manage music volume individually from each floor's music selection, which is done through the Sonos App on your smartphone.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the front and back of the house.
Special Access Amenities: Ground floor king bath has a roll-under sink and grab bars in the shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more information.

- An elevator is provided but there are 7 stairs to access the front door.
- The outdoor fireplace is not available for use.

The ground floor has a rec room with a pool table, poker table, foosball, arcade machine, two smart TVs. The kitchenette offers a large island with seating, a refrigerator, a sink, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The home theater has reclining theater seats and a large flatscreen TV. Sleeping accommodations on this level include two king bedrooms with private baths, smart TVs, and sliding glass doors with direct front patio access. One of the king bathrooms is equipped with a roll-under sink and a shower with grab bars. The third bedroom on this level is a bedroom with two pyramid bunks and a shared bath. The laundry area features two washer/dryer sets.
Outdoors, a pool with fiber optic lighting invites guests day and night. The shaded lower deck features a loveseat hammock swing. The cabana bar features bar-height seating, a mini-fridge, a sauna, an outdoor TV (available seasonally, April-November), a full bath, and built-in music and surround sound. A hot tub is also located in the pool area. The fiberglass sundeck atop the cabana bar allows for sunbathing and enjoying ocean breezes. A private dune deck with seating and a private beach access round out the list of unbeatable amenities to enjoy all vacation long!
