Overview
Have some beachy fun at Just Peachy, a ten-bedroom estate at Milepost 7.5 in Kill Devil Hills. Featuring ten bedrooms (seven with private baths), ten and a half baths, a rec room with a pool table, media room, spacious great room, a fun oceanside pool area with outdoor speakers, and TWO hot tubs, your group will enjoy the amenities of this waterside retreat. The home's location on the central Outer Banks is unbeatable! The Wright Brothers National Memorial and Museum are just across the bypass, and multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are within easy driving distance.
Updates for 2026: Major pool renovation, including a brand-new pool deck and pool furniture. New kitchen refrigerator and new bedroom ceiling fans throughout. New photos to come.
Updates for 2025: New Polywood outdoor furniture, second floor flooring refinished, carpeting replaced with LVP flooring throughout.
Updates for 2024: Kitchen remodel including new granite countertops; new cabinets; two new stainless steel sinks; added an additional refrigerator; new barstools at the counter.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: All the TVs have Roku capabilities.
Special Access Amenities: A ground floor king has a roll-under sink and a shower with grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Inside on the ground floor, a rec room with a pool table, foosball, and a card table will provide family fun in the evenings and on rainy days. There is 55" Roku TV as well as a Blu-ray player and an adjacent kitchenette with a refrigerator for convenient food storage, a microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, and sink. Ground floor bedding includes a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, as well as two king bedrooms, each with a private bath and sliding glass door access to the deck on the front of the house.
Upon stepping outdoors, you are greeted by a private pool area with an array of features. Grill up an evening meal on the gas or charcoal grill, then soak all worries away in the two in-ground hot tubs. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Cornhole boards are located in the backyard for friendly competition. A poolside cabana features a full bathroom, wet bar with mini-fridge and sink, speaker system, and bar seating, and is topped with a sun deck, where you can soak up your daily dose of Vitamin D. Enjoy a private beach walkway with rope lighting which leads you straight to the ocean's shore, or watch the waves from the dune-top deck.
