Overview
An unmatched vacation experience starts at Coastal Sol, a 24-bedroom oceanfront designed to be the ultimate backdrop for your next Outer Banks reunion, retreat, or event. Decked out with endless indoor and outdoor amenities and perfectly situated in central Kill Devil Hills, this seaside estate offers a winning combination of style, comfort, and location.
The fun starts outside, in the resort-style backyard. A glistening private pool is the perfect place to cool off and features a swim-up bar ledge and kiddie pool. Two covered lounge areas and two hot tubs are available, the ideal spots to unwind in the shade. A sun deck overlooks the pool and on towards the ocean, and stairs lead to your personal beach access with a covered dune-top deck. Inside are three rec rooms, each with a kitchenette and lounge area - the entertainment is endless! For movie night, cozy up in the theater room, which offers tiered seating and a large projection screen TV.
The best place for family and friends to gather at the end of long vacation days is the oceanfront great room. This open-concept area features the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Sliding doors lead to covered decks to enjoy sweet sea breezes and relaxing water views.
Thank you for helping to protect the dune beyond the fenced pool area. The dune is not available/accessible to guests.
Special Events Welcome: $3,500 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 125 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Please note the dune beyond the pool fence cannot be used. Are you reserving this home for a wedding or special event? Please contact our office to inform us of your plans. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump for additional fee. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp leading to the front entrance, and an elevator. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.

A highlight of the ground level is the fenced pool area, which you'll never want to leave! The pool features a swim-up bar ledge and an integrated shallow baby pool for the young vacationers in your group. There is a covered lounge, a convenient half bath, and an outdoor shower. Stairs lead to a private beach walkway and sun deck.
Inside, the ground level rec room features a shuffleboard table, pool table, table-style arcade machine, kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. Bedding options on this level include six king suites, as well as two bunk rooms with custom built-in pyramid bunks (twin over full) that share a full bath. For added convenience, a ramp leads to the ground level entrance of this home.
Please note there is a stormwater pipe nearby - the town recommends not swimming within 200 feet of the pipe.
