Everything was in great condition and the appliances were excellent.

The home was very well maintained.

The was by far the best house we've stayed in. House has a everything we needed as a big group of people from appliances down to silverware. The view from the top floor blew our minds. I could watch the dolphins every morning.

We have rented a lot of beach homes over the years and this one was definitely one of the cleanest upon arrival.

Very nice house, would stay there again.

Home was beautiful decorated and kept up great by maintenance company. Would definitely work with your company again.

Our stay at 14 Palms in May 2022 was amazing! This house has so much to offer for a large group. The downstairs bar area is perfect for hanging out and relaxing. It opens up to a great deck where you can feel the breeze and over look the pool area, which is so nice! The walk from the pool to the beach is an easy walk. The kitchen has all that you need for cooking and plenty of space for sitting and eating! The bedrooms are spacious and I really liked how 12 out of the 14 bedrooms have their own bathrooms! For those who like to take a break from the beach this house is very convenient for shopping and local bars/restaurants! This house is one that I would definitely stay again!!!

Everything about 14 Palms was amazing! The newly renovated kitchen was very accommodating and well stocked with plenty of dinnerware and serving options. There was plenty of common areas throughout the house, the large dining table and the pool area big enough to accommodate a large group was definitely among the standouts. The bedrooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everyone in our group was very impressed with the house and was sad to leave when our week came to an end. Would definitely recommend this house in the future.

Home was ideal for our family. They like it so much we are coming back next year. Kitchen and great room was outstanding. Great layout.

We really enjoyed the home. We have stayed in several homes along the island and this one certainly had some nice/unique features that we enjoyed and will likely look for again.

Overall we loved this home and our vacation. It fit our family well and the pool area was amazing!! We thank you for our stay and some amazing memories we will cherish forever!!

We were delighted with the house. It fit our family perfectly with the layout/space/furnishings/location/size/ etc. We come to the Outer Banks once every other year, and we hope to get the same house in 2018.

We had an issue with the Wi-Fi not working on the top floor. I called the number in the book and they had someone come out the next day to fix it. Great service! All in all, our vacation was GREAT! Everyone enjoyed themselves and loved the house. Thank You!
