Situated between Avalon Pier and the Fifth St. beach access, Seabatical makes getting your toes in the sand easy, with beach access just a short walk down the street in either direction. Back at the house, spend sunny afternoons lounging around the private saltwater pool, slip into the hot tub after a day by the ocean, or head to the east and west decks to take in colorful skies from sunrise through sunset. Indoors, the generous floor plan offers a variety of spaces for gathering together or enjoying a little time apart. Catch up over meals in the open great room, settle into the media area for a laid-back movie night, or bring some friendly competition to the rec room with a game of pool. An elevator provides added convenience when moving between the home's five levels, while the coastal-inspired interiors create a bright and welcoming setting throughout. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: The first floor king has a bathroom that includes a roll-under sink and a low-barrier shower with a built-in seat and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
