Experience the calming effect of the coast at Hipnautic. This five-level semi-oceanfront retreat, located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills within the Atlantic Shores community, offers stunning ocean views from multiple levels and an abundance of space designed for connection and relaxation. You'll be located only 220 yards from the beach access to the south of the Avalon Pier, so a short walk right down the street puts you at the ocean's edge. If you prefer, you can drive to the access as parking is available for easy loading and unloading.
Soak up the afternoon sun beside the private saltwater pool, unwind in the hot tub as the stars appear overhead, or share stories on the many east and west decks that allow you to capture both the sunrise and sunset. Inside, five levels of thoughtfully designed living spaces ensure every guest can find their perfect spot! Whether it's gathering in the open-concept great room, enjoying a movie night in the media area, or challenging friends to a game of pool in the rec room.
Blending clean, coastal design with comfort and convenience, Hipnautic invites its guests to slow down, spread out, and savor every moment of their Outer Banks vacation.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
