You'll be centrally located south of the Avalon Pier and north of the Fifth St. beach access, so a short walk down the street in either direction puts you at the ocean's edge. Soak up the afternoon sun beside the private saltwater pool, unwind in the hot tub as the stars appear overhead, or share stories on the many east and west decks that allow you to capture both the sunrise and sunset. Inside, five levels of thoughtfully designed living spaces ensure every guest can find their perfect spot! Whether it's gathering in the open-concept great room, enjoying a movie night in the media area, or challenging friends to a game of pool in the rec room.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Village Beach Club Access for 2027: Your stay includes access to the Village Beach Club, the oceanfront centerpiece of the Village at Nags Head. Spend the day between the junior Olympic-sized pool, the kiddie pool, and lifeguarded private beach access, with poolside food and drink service all season. Gather Restaurant serves the oceanfront terrace from morning coffee through evening cocktails, with live entertainment on the calendar all summer. Six pickleball courts, fitness programming, and a full slate of kids activities round out the week - there is something scheduled most days, so you can do as much or as little as you like. 2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
