Whether you're watching the sun rise over the ocean from the great room, soaking in one of the two poolside hot tubs, or enjoying the sound of waves rolling in from the dunetop gazebo, you'll appreciate the calming quality of being so close to the water's edge. A unique feature of this property is the wall of accordion-style retractable doors in the great room, which open to expose stunning views over the horizon. Additional highlights include an elevator, theater, rec room with pool table and shuffleboard, private pool with wet deck and cabana, and three kitchenettes with full refrigerators on every level - an added convenience for a home of this size. A central location at Milepost 7 in Kill Devil Hills provides proximity to multiple grocery stores and restaurants, as well as attractions such as the Wright Brothers National Memorial, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jennette's Pier, and Jockey's Ridge State Park are a short drive!

Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
