Overview
Plan a trip to Atlantic Starlet to experience an Outer Banks vacation like no other. This expansive Kill Devil Hills home is essentially a self-contained resort with a prime oceanfront location, 18 bedrooms, and a list of amenities that will blow you away. Take your time to relax and unwind at the beach, which has its own private beach walkway with TWO dune-top decks (one is covered and the other offers a hot tub), where you can enjoy the salty sea breezes and the calm sounds of the ocean. Additional interior amenities include an elevator, great room with breathtaking water views, movie theater, Smart TVs throughout, and two rec rooms with shuffleboard and a pool table.
Located in Kill Devil Hills, Atlantic Starlet is situated in an area that provides fun activities and opportunities for guests of all ages. Two miles to the south you'll find Jockey's Ridge State Park, the East Coast's largest sand dune, and perhaps the best place to catch a sunset on the Outer Banks. Fishing enthusiasts in your group? The Nags Head Fishing Pier is a short distance away, where you can drop a line in the water or enjoy a beverage at the open air pierhouse restaurant. If you're interested in historical sites, be sure to visit the Wright Brothers National Memorial, climb the Bodie Island Lighthouse, or take a day trip to downtown Manteo to visit Festival Park and the Elizabethan Gardens. Favorite local restaurants are located nearby, including The Kill Devil Grill and Mama Kwan's. Three large grocery stores are minutes away.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temp of 60 degrees or higher needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temp is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: Ground floor king bedroom #16 on the floor plan has a bathroom that includes a low-barrier shower, shower seat and grab bar, and a slanted/roll-under sink. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Entertainment options are endless on the ground level, which incorporates a rec room with a shuffleboard table and a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and microwave. Your group will also love kicking back in the theater room for movie nights! Bedding on this level includes four kings with private baths, as well as two bedrooms (one with two pyramid bunks, one with two double beds) that share a bath - this bathroom has a tub.
Outside, enjoy the shade of the covered porch or step into the sun to splash in the epic pool! This area also includes two outdoor showers (one is enclosed), a grilling area, and private walkway to the beach with two dune-top decks! One of the decks is huge - the perfect place to soak up the sun.
