Beach Palace is just a half-mile drive to the entrance to the national park where the Wright Brothers Monument is located!
Updates for 2025: New siding, new windows, new roof, and three bathrooms were remodeled (two on the second floor and one on the first floor).
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Special Access Amenities: One of the middle level (1st floor) baths has roll-under sink, barrier-free shower, shower grab bars, and a seat, and the ground level has a bathroom with barrier-free shower and roll under sink. A wheelchair can enter on the ground level of this home, take the elevator to the middle level (1st floor), take the walkway to the cabana, and take the walkway from the cabana to the oceanfront dune-top deck. (There are stairs leading from the dune-top deck to the beach.) Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

The neighboring rec room has a pool table and kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Stylish bedrooms include three king bedrooms with flat screen TVs and private baths (one with special needs access) and two queen bedrooms with flat screen TVs and private baths. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on this floor.
The outdoor amenities score full marks for vacation fun in the sun! Escape the cares of the day in the sparkling private pool with a waterfall and adjacent kiddie pool (15" deep). A poolside cabana is accessible from both the pool deck and the first floor (middle level) walkway. The cabana provides bar seating, a bathroom, and outdoor showers. Stairs lead up to a rooftop sun deck with panoramic views. The unique walkway from the middle level to this cabana provides poolside shade for lounge chairs and hot tub below, and is also wheelchair accessible. The walkway leads from the cabana to the dune-top gazebo which offers welcome shade on sunny days.
