Indulge in oceanfront living at Ocean Royale, a 24-bedroom estate on the Outer Banks. Overlooking the Atlantic in Kill Devil Hills, Ocean Royale is the perfect vacation escape that welcomes reunions, retreats, weddings, and events.
Find your morning refuge catching the sunrise over the horizon, while walking along some of the best sandy shorelines of the Outer Banks, accessible by your own private beach walkway and dune pavilion. Soak up sunny days in the spectacular custom pool and two patio hot tubs. Grab a snack in the poolside kitchen or sip pina coladas under the shade of the covered cabana. But most importantly...relax!
Ready to chill? Head indoors to enjoy the expansive great room and endless horizon viewing deck that looks out over the Atlantic. Whip up a feast in the premium chef's kitchen or unplug and relax your worries away in the custom wine lounge. Need more downtime to unwind? Retreat downstairs to take in a movie in the theater or on one of the other streaming Smart TVs found throughout the home. You can completely de-stress with an onsite massage in the Thai-inspired massage room. The spoils of this luxury family estate await.

Updates for 2024: The first floor rec room pool table was refelted and a beverage cooler was added to the third floor sitting area.
Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
TVs: The TVs offer Hulu + Live TV.
Special Access Amenities: This home offers a ramp leading to the front
entrance and an elevator. The ground floor NE king bedroom has a wheelchair accessible door
that leads to the poolside deck (3 stairs to get from the deck to the pool area), and a bath with roll-under sink and roll-in custom tile shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 75 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. A maximum of 50 people are allowed on decks. Are you reserving this home for a wedding or special event? Please contact our office to inform us of your plans. Breathe easy when you relax poolside at Ocean Royale, featuring two hot tubs, two gas grills, a covered cabana, open outdoor shower, a foot wash, and private walkway to the beach. Inside, enjoy the convenience of having a poolside lounge with wet bar, which includes a full-sized refrigerator, double sink, dishwasher, Keurig, and an under counter icemaker. All rooms either offer a private bath, or they share a bath with another bedroom. All showers on this floor are custom tile showers, with the exception of the bath shared by room #18 and #19, which has a shower/tub. The poolside king bedroom has a special access bath with a roll-under sink and a low-barrier shower. A home gym room offers a beverage cooler, TV, ellipitcal, rower, and bench.
