Designed as a rejuvenating, relaxing venue to accommodate family reunions, events, and retreats, Ocean Luxe brings you those pampering amenities you desire. Beyond the breathtaking ocean views and unparalleled beach access, features of Ocean Luxe include a custom wine room, sports lounge with a 4k TV, exercise studio, private massage room with Thai-inspired decor, full-sized cedar sauna, private pool with poolside kitchen and lounge, and three hot tubs. Don't forget the spiral staircase, elevator, and four levels of luxury appointed living space.

Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home offers a ramp leading to the front
entrance and an elevator. The ground floor SE queen has a wheelchair accessible door
that leads to the poolside deck (3 stairs to get from the deck to the pool area), and a bath with roll under sink, and low barrier
custom tile shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 75 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. A maximum of 50 people are allowed on decks. Are you reserving this home for a wedding or special event? Please contact our office to inform us of your plans. outdoor oasis includes a private pool, covered poolside cabana, three hot tubs, two gas grills, open outdoor shower, and foot wash. Enjoy the convenience of a private beach walkway that leads from the pool area, over the dune, and onto the beach.
Inside, a poolside lounge includes a wet bar with a double sink, full refrigerator, dishwasher, and Keurig. Keep your heart rate up or practice yoga in the exercise studio on this level, then unwind and detox in the sauna with built-in benches.
Bedrooms on this level include six kings, a queen, and a bedroom with two double-over-double bunks. Five of the king bedrooms and the queen bedroom have private baths; one of the king bedrooms and the bunk room share a full bath. The queen bedroom has special access amenities, including a wheelchair accessible sliding glass door that leads out to the pool area, and a private bath with a roll under sink and low barrier shower. A laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer is available on this level.
