Overview
Stretch out and enjoy plenty of breathing room at Carolina Breeze! This home was built in 2020 to be a one-of-a-kind oceanfront estate with 24 bedrooms and amazing ocean views in Kill Devil Hills. This custom home stuns with breezy, open architecture and over 11,000 square feet of living space. All bedrooms have private baths, so everyone in your group will have access to an en suite bath during their stay. Spacious common areas include an oceanview open atrium rec room with walls of windows, a two-story open entrance foyer, a spacious kitchen, an additional kitchenette, and four levels of living space.
Carolina Breeze is perfect for groups looking for space and comfort. The airy great room features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame endless ocean views, and incorporates a roomy kitchen and multiple dining areas. Entertainment features include a rec room with a pool table (that is open to the great room), a media room for movie nights, and Smart TVs in each bedroom. An elevator provides access to all four levels.
Outdoors, enjoy fresh sea breezes on the mid-level sun deck to soak up the sun's rays, or take a refreshing dip in the private pool, with a built-in baby pool, covered poolside bar, outdoor shower, outdoor half bath, and two hot tubs. Your very own walkway leads directly to the beach, where you can enjoy the Outer Banks' finest attraction, right at your doorstep.

Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/03/25 - 09/20/25. Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Special Access Amenities: A ground floor queen bedroom offers a special access bath with roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bars.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TV Information: The Roku TVs are in Guest Mode upon arrival.

The ground level of this home includes 11 total bedrooms, nine of which are kings. The queen bedroom's private bathroom on this level has special access amenities: a roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, grab bars, and shower seat. Four of the king bathrooms have tub/shower combos, and the other rooms all have tile showers. The 11th room has two twin bunks (this bathroom has a tile shower). Laundry facilities are available on this level.
Please note that two of the ground floor bedrooms are located poolside, and are accessed by walking outside the main house via a covered cabana bar. (These two bedrooms' private bathrooms have tile showers.) These bedrooms do not have the same keyless lock entry as the main house. Keys to access these bedrooms are provided once inside the main house.
This level also offers a kitchenette with full fridge, four-seat table, dishwasher, sink, and freestanding icemaker. Outside, enjoy the backyard, featuring a shaded cabana bar area that includes a half bath, two gas grills, an outdoor shower, built-in baby pool, a hot tub, and private access to the beach. The gazebo has a second hot tub and opens to a sand path that leads to the Atlantic!
