Overview
Location, views, and amenities come together beautifully at Carolina Surf and trust us, you're going to want to experience them. This oceanfront, 22-bedroom vacation home was built in 2022, offering a private pool, two hot tubs, a private walkway to the beach, and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Even more amenities that you're sure to enjoy are a sundeck, an outdoor cabana bar, theater, two rec rooms, spacious gathering areas, and four levels of living space with an elevator that travels to each level.
A location in Kill Devil Hills puts you central to the Outer Banks! You aren't far from some of the beaches finest sightseeing ventures, dining options, and locally owned shops and boutiques.
Updates for 2024: New deck furniture added to second floor deck and a second hot tub added to the pool area.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/03/26 - 09/20/26. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
TV Information: The Roku TVs are in Guest Mode upon arrival.

3.) You are welcome to log into your personal TV accounts for other channels/apps. Your accounts will be logged out automatically on your checkout date.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp that leads to the ground floor entrance, elevator, and a special access bathroom in the ground floor king with a roll-under sink, low barrier shower, and shower seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Call our office for more detail.

Access the ground floor via the stairs or ramp that lead to the covered deck that offers an entry to a sitting area. There are eight king bedrooms as well as a bunk room with two twin bunks, each have their own private bath. Laundry facilities are available on this level. On the east end of the house there is a rec room with a ping-pong table and a set of sliding glass doors that lead to the pool deck. The private pool, with the option to be heated for an additional fee, is sure to be where smiles and laughs are shared with your group during your vacation! Along with the pool, there are two hot tubs, an outdoor shower, and a cabana bath (half bath) easily accessible from the pool deck.
