Overview
Aptly named after one of the most striking fish in the world, the Blue Wahoo offers guests nearly 8,000 square feet of beachfront vacation elegance. Situated on prime oceanfront, this beautifully designed estate was outfitted to offer the recreational amenities required for those vacationing in large groups. Highlights include private bedroom suites, a centrally located elevator, home theater room, and rec room with sports bar. The outdoor area is just over the dune from the ocean's shore and trips to and from the beach are a breeze via a private walkway. In a desirable location, guests enjoy direct views of the Wright Brothers Monument, quick access to historic parks, family-friendly activities, shopping, and restaurants.
Updates for 2024: Theater room completely remodeled with new chairs, carpet, artwork, and fresh paint; second floor northwest king's bathroom completely remodeled with new freestanding soaking tub, large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, vanity with quartz countertop, new tile, and more - bedroom updated with new carpet, ceiling fan, and fresh paint; second floor southwest king bedroom updated with new furniture, carpet, ceiling fan, and fresh paint; great room updated with new bar stools, ceiling fans, and light fixtures; first floor southwest king bedroom updated with new furniture; new chair in the first floor northwest king bedroom.
Special Access Amenities: Ground level entrance and ground floor queen are special access equipped: roll-under sink, built-in shower seat, and shower grab bar. Elevator accesses all floors except loft. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Pool: Heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
Pets: Two (2) well-behaved dogs under 40 lbs. are permitted with pet fee.

Bedding options on the ground floor include one king with a private bath and one queen with a private bath that is equipped for those with special needs. A cheerful children's suite is comprised of two bunk rooms that share a full bathroom. One is furnished with a double bunk and sofa seating and the second is equipped with two twin bunks. All the bedrooms on this level offer a mounted flatscreen TV. Laundry facilities and a half bath are conveniently located. Movie action comes alive in the cinema-style home theater that features a projection screen TV and tiered seating. The lively recreation room is outfitted with a pool table, Golden Tee Golf arcade game, and three mounted flatscreen TVs. The kitchenette features a refrigerator for snack and drink storage, an icemaker, a dishwasher, a microwave, and casual bar seating.
Doors open from the rec room to a shady poolside cabana with bar seating and a full cabana bathroom. A crystal blue private pool is available with the option to be heated for a fee. Additional amenities include outdoor speakers, outdoor dining table with chairs, and two gas grills to prepare casual BBQ meals. A private beach walkway with a dune-top deck leads directly to the sandy seashore. As evening sets, retreat to a bubbling hot tub to relax under star-filled skies to the rhythm of waves lapping the shoreline.
