Overview
Ocean Views is a magnificent 18-bedroom estate situated right on the ocean's edge at Milepost 8 in Kill Devil Hills. This expansive retreat boasts an impressive array of amenities, including a stunning 45-foot private saltwater pool (available for heating at an additional fee), ensuring there's something for everyone, whether indoors or outdoors.
The main house features sixteen of the eighteen bedrooms, spread across four levels of luxurious living space. Additionally, a separate poolside cabana offers two extra suites and a cozy living area. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, a dresser, a nightstand, and its own private en suite bathroom.
For entertainment, the recreational room includes a pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball table, perfect for friendly matches. Movie enthusiasts and sports fans will appreciate the indoor theater room, which boasts a 78-inch screen. Outside, the resort-like backyard features a large 45' x 21' pool, a hot tub, a covered cabana with a wet bar and cushioned lounge seating, a BBQ area, poolside cabana bath, and outdoor showers. A private walkway leads directly to the beautiful sands and waters of the Outer Banks beach.
Convenient exterior deck stairs provide easy access to all floors and the pool, Weber BBQ area, and beach. Additional features include an elevator, Smart TVs with streaming capabilities, Echo Dots for music enjoyment, and an Xbox for gaming enthusiasts. Experience a week of relaxation and breathtaking ocean views at this spectacular estate.
Updates for 2026: New kitchen bar stools, new larger hot tub, wine cooler in rec room replaced with an icemaker.

Special Access Amenities: This home offers a bathroom with a roll-under sink and barrier-free shower, as well as a ramp that leads to the ground floor entrance (there is a small lip in the door frame leading into the home), and an elevator. Pool: Heated by dual pool heat! The pool is heated by heat pump and defaults to propane if the ambient air temperature falls below 65 degrees. The max pool temperature is 85 degrees.

One has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a tub, the other has a private bathroom with walk-in tile shower and raindrop showerhead.
